The Labyrinth of Birth
The labyrinth, a classic symbol of the journey through life, is a potent metaphor for birth and postpartum. Together, we’ll explore the labyrinth of birth with art, mindfulness, and curiosity.
Being in community with other pregnant people throughout your pregnancy is powerful: It can help you feel seen, understood, and validated in your experiences, and help you build a community to parent alongside. Let’s walk the path together.

“Unlike a maze, a labyrinth has no dead ends or choices to be made. Yet, hairpin turns in the labyrinth disrupt your sense of direction, inducing doubt and confusion. Unpredictable, sudden changes in direction in the labyrinth parallel unexpected, unwished-for surprises that are part of every labor and postpartum.”
